Required Skills:
- Availability to work Weekends and holidays A MUST
- Experience in fast-paced, high volume Restaurant/Venue and Bed & Breakfast/Hotel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A polished appearance

- Energetic and a reliable team player
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Genuine passion for hospitality
